Files

Manage > Files is the folder and file explorer for recipe documents.

Use Files to:

• Browse folders you are allowed to manage.
• Create folders and subfolders.
• Preview a recipe before choosing a file action.
• Open a recipe from its preview.
• Create a recipe in the selected folder.
• Rename recipe files and folders.
• Move a recipe to another allowed folder.
• Delete recipes.
• Delete empty folders.
• Share a selected recipe or folder.

Files uses the Sparky Cooks recipe folder structure. It is separate from Photos, which stores uploaded images.

Regular users only see folders they own. Owners and admins can manage more folders depending on their role.

Renaming a folder keeps the recipes and shares connected to that folder. Moving or renaming a recipe changes its file location or name; it does not rewrite the recipe content.
