Missing Recipes
What to check when a recipe is missing.
If a recipe looks missing:
- Check the selected account.
- Check whether the sidebar is showing account folders or shared folders.
- Check the selected folder.
- Turn on Include sub folders if the recipe may be in a subfolder.
- Clear search and tag filters.
- Check whether All Files is selected.
- If the recipe is shared, confirm the share request was accepted.
- If you are in Files, confirm you own the folder or have a role that can manage it.
Dashboard vs Files
The dashboard can show account recipes that are read-only for you.
Files shows folders you are allowed to manage. If a recipe appears on the dashboard but not in Files, you may not own that folder.
Shared Folder Names
If an account folder and shared folder have the same name, use the correct sidebar section. The account folder tree and shared folder tree are separate.
If you still cannot find it, contact your account owner or support.
