Share a Folder
Share a folder and future recipes added to it.
Folder sharing gives another user view-only access to recipes in the selected folder and its subfolders.
Share from Files
- Go to Manage > Files.
- Select the folder you want to share.
- Choose the share action.
- Review the folder-share warning.
- Continue and send the share request.
The top-level files folder cannot be shared. Select a real folder under it.
Future Recipes Are Included
Future recipes added to the shared folder or its subfolders are visible to the recipient automatically.
Before confirming a folder share, Sparky Cooks warns you that future recipes added to the folder will also be shared.
Manage Sharing
Manage Sharing lists the folder share itself. It does not list every recipe that becomes visible because of the folder share.
Recipient Access
Folder shares are view-only. Recipients can read recipes, see tags, and add comments. They cannot edit, rename, move, or delete the original recipes.
