Public Recipe Links
Share read-only recipe pages with anyone who has the link.
Public links let you share a recipe with someone who does not need to sign in to Sparky Cooks.
Anyone with the public link can view the recipe. Public recipe pages are read-only and do not allow editing, sharing, or comments.
Create a Public Link
- Open a recipe you can share.
- Choose Share from the editor save bar.
- In Share via Link, choose Create Public Link.
- Choose Copy Link.
Send the copied link to the people who should be able to view the recipe.
Public Link Access
Public links are intended for read-only recipe viewing.
Public viewers can see the recipe content and public recipe page, but they cannot:
- Edit the recipe.
- Share the recipe from Sparky Cooks.
- Add comments.
- See private account areas.
Preview Images
Sparky Cooks creates a preview image for public recipe links. Use the refresh preview action if the recipe image changed and the public-link preview needs to be updated.
Delete a Public Link
Delete a public link when you no longer want anyone to use it.
After a public link is deleted, anyone who already has that link loses access to the public recipe page.
Manage Links from Sharing
Go to Manage > Sharing to review public links for the active account.
The Public Links section shows each linked recipe, its folder, status, view count, and last-viewed time. You can copy, open, refresh, or delete a public link from that list.
